Our programs are 3 days per week and consist of a group training atmosphere that pushes you past your level of comfort. On the other training days we have supplemental classes that you can add in to help transform your body and ensure the results you are looking for.

When it comes to your workouts, we want to make sure you are reaching your goals. So here at Temple, we have created what we call accessory classes. These classes are used to help you reach you goals outside of the program in a faster and more fun approach. Here is our recommendation...
WEIGHT LOSS = 2-3 accessory classes per week
MAINTENANCE = 1-2 accessory classes per week
All workouts can be modified to your fitness level, but we encourage you to challenge yourself and work out hard.
