YOUR FIRST WEEK
During your first week at Temple you will get to see what it's like to be in a program. You will get to experience the workouts first hand and each workout evolves so you are never doing the exact same thing twice. You will get to feel the motivation and encouragement in a group training environment from your coaches and your fellow members. You will understand exactly how to reach your goals.
After your trial you will get to sit down to discuss your goals and asses your current fitness level with a certified coach to make sure you are put into the best fit program.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY
It's hard to reach your goals without first establishing them. Before you come in we want to get to know you so there will be a one on one conversation between you and one of our coaches. We will discuss your goals and the most efficient ways to accomplish them.
YOUR FIRST DAY
We will spend your first day in the gym collecting what we call your benchmark numbers. These numbers will give us insight into where you will need to start and just how heavy you should lift. Your coach will show you proper form for each and every lift and you will test your 3 Rep Max to evaluate your starting point. Don't worry we will explain exactly what this means!
WRAPPING IT UP
We want to get you on the right track so this last day of your trial week will be all about figuring out which program is right for you. You and your coach will determine what's next and will set you up for the best fitting program we have to offer. Each of our programs have a specific starting date so this is a crucial part to your success.
