Our Programs are specific and goal oriented and are geared toward everyday movements. Each workout is designed to provide a full body functional workout.
All of our programs combine results oriented training methods with our expert coaching that will push you to reach the goals you are wanting to achieve. No matter what level you feel you are starting at, we will work with you to get you to your highest level.
We have a new program starting each month and depending on your goals, we want to make sure we put you in the best fit program for you. After your trial week you will be able to start with the program of your choice to help you reach the goals you have

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I expect for my first session?Just because its your first session doesn't mean we are going to take it easy on you! We want you to come prepared for work. You will get to experience what each session will be like through a good mix of lifting and cardiovascular conditioning. For your first session, we will be going over lifting safety and proper mechanics for all the lifts. We will also show you how to use all the strength training machines in the gym along with all cardio equipment.
What do I need to bring with me?Towel, Water Bottle, Gym attire, and a Positive Outlook!
What is the age requirement for each training program?Anyone age 13+ is able to join any of our offered programs.
Is there a women's only training program?Yes! We have a women's only training program called DUNAMIS. This program is perfect for anyone woman looking to get comfortable in the gym at her own pace and be able to work along side other women with the same goals.
What are some additional accessories I will need for lifting?If you are looking to take your lifting to the next level, here are some additional equipment to have: Weight lifting belt, lifting gloves, flat soled shoes, and knee sleeves.
Am I able to work one-on-one with a coach to work on my form?We offer one on one coaching for anyone looking to work more on form and proper lifting safety. These coaching sessions take place outside of the program and are available at an additional cost. Next time you are in the gym stop by the front desk to discuss pricing options.
